The Oklahoma Bird Records Committee (OBRC), established in 1986, reviews unusual avian sightings that occur in the state, and determines the adequacy of the submitted documentation. It also maintains the official bird list for Oklahoma. Many of the Committee's reports and listings are available on line. See the expanded OBRC menu to the left.
